1. Custom Prescription Lenses

Prescription lenses are custom-made products tailored to your specific vision needs. Therefore, they are non-refundable once the manufacturing process has begun, except in the following cases:

The lenses were made incorrectly based on the prescription you provided.
The lenses arrived damaged or defective.

2. Non-Prescription Frames & Sunglasses

Unworn frames and non-prescription sunglasses in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Warranty

All our frames come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
